Hostry creates marketing material and operating suggestions from the information you provide. An output can be incomplete, unsuitable or wrong. Verify every facility, distance, access detail, rule, date, rate and guest promise before publication or use.
Not a booking or payment service
Hostry does not receive room bookings, room charges, deposits, guarantees or any other guest payment. Reservations and collections occur in the operator’s own channels. Hostry is not responsible for a guest transaction, channel cancellation or accommodation dispute.
Rate estimates are not guarantees
Suggested USD ranges are estimates based on the prompt context. They do not guarantee revenue, occupancy, demand, ranking, profitability or a market price. Check current conditions, costs, restrictions and your own channels before setting a rate.
Generated rooms are styling references
Generated listing visuals, social images, styling boards and reel frames may differ from the actual property. They do not prove room condition, dimensions, views, facilities, accessibility or safety. A styling board must be marked and treated as “styling reference, not the actual room.” Do not use generated imagery to conceal defects or invent amenities.
No professional advice
Hostry does not provide legal, tax, insurance, licensing, planning, fire, food hygiene, health and safety, accessibility certification or other professional advice. The operator must identify and meet all duties that apply to the property and obtain qualified advice where needed.
Guest communications
Review a guest reply against actual housekeeping status, access arrangements, staff availability and policy. Do not promise early check-in, luggage custody, refunds or facilities unless you can provide them.
Report a concern
Stop using an output if it appears unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or rights-infringing. Contact Hostry with the task context but do not send guest payment credentials or unnecessary personal data.
